Regarding delivery:

Items that are not made to order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your order.  Ordered hand-made products will be delivered within 3-5 business days once the product arrives at our warehouse. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 1-5 business days.

Returns/Refunds:

Should an error occur during your purchase or if you wish to return an item for your convenience, we could offer refunds provided you notify us prior to the item's shipment from Japan. In the event of a delivery mistake resulting in the receipt of an unordered product, we will manage returns or issue refunds accordingly.
For all other return requests, the customer assumes responsibility for the associated shipping costs.
Our product inspection protocol consists of three checkpoints to ensure quality assurance. The initial checkpoint occurs at the local craft store where the product originates. The second checkpoint transpires upon the product's arrival at our MADE IN NIHON warehouse. The third and most exhaustive inspection takes place prior to shipping the product to customers.
We exclusively warehouse products that have satisfactorily passed the screening standards established by the brands or artists we represent upon their arrival at our warehouse. Additionally, any damaged items are promptly removed from inventory.
In the event that a delivered product remains unopened yet is found to be damaged during delivery, we could offer the option to replace the product free of charge, rather than issue a refund. However, it is important to note that while we take every precaution to ensure the safe shipment of orders, we do not assume responsibility for damages or losses incurred during transit.
Products are dispatched from Japan via Japan Post or DHL until they reach the designated destination country, at which point they are handled by local postal workers or delivery services. In cases of delivery issues, it is typically the recipient's responsibility to contact the local postal office or delivery company for further assistance.
